Sign the buyer agency so we can work on your behalf and start your home search.
We’ll set up your search parameters and get you set up on a Compass search. You’ll be alerted to new properties and we’ll start to go on showings.
Let your agent know when you see a property you like and they will set up a showing. They’ll walk you through the property right away.
We’ll guide you through the process of putting together an offer with strong terms. Your agent will represent you get a counter offer if necessary.
Once your receive an accepted offer you’ll work with your agent to submit earnest money and go over dates and deadlines.
You as the buyer will order an inspection. Your agent will guide you through the report and negotiate on your behalf if necessary.
Your lender will order an appraisal. Your agent will guide you through negotiation and an amendment if necessary.
There will be a final walk-through and you’ll sign all of the paperwork with the title company and lender. Then you get the keys and move in!
After signing the final paperwork to complete the purchase, you are now the owner of a new house. It may take a few days for your loan to be funded once the paperwork has been returned to the lender, but once that check is delivered to the seller, you’ll be all set to move into the home of your dreams.
